Track Your Shipment
Use the links below to track a container or consignment directly with the carrier. You will need the booking number, bill of lading number or container number from your shipping documents. For air shipments, use the 11-digit airway bill number, which begins with the airline's three-digit prefix.
What carrier tracking does and does not tell you
Carrier tracking shows the vessel or flight position and the container's movement through the terminal. It does not show customs status. A container can be discharged and sitting on the yard while the Bill of Entry is still under assessment, or held for examination. If a shipment looks stalled after arrival, the delay is usually at assessment, examination or a pending regulatory approval rather than with the carrier.
Why free days matter
Demurrage is charged by the port once free days at the terminal expire. Detention is charged by the shipping line for holding their container beyond the agreed period. Both accrue daily and both are avoidable with advance filing. Because we clear as well as forward, we file against the actual arrival rather than an estimate, and book transport against the out-of-charge time.
